Vehicle Export Process
1. Yard entry and entry procedures
At Nippon Trading Company, vehicles delivered from auction sites are carefully received into our bonded yards. Our experienced team verifies each vehicle’s identification number and thoroughly inspects its condition—including any scratches or exterior damage—before completing the official yard entry procedures.
2. Vehicle quality check
Once the entry procedures are finalized, each vehicle undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection. Our technicians carefully examine key components such as the engine, tires, and brakes to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues before export..
3. Vehicle photography and uploading to the dedicated system
We capture approximately 30 to 40 high-quality photos of each vehicle for use on the customer’s e-commerce platforms and other websites. These images include detailed shots of the exterior, interior, and specific vehicle parts, taken from multiple angles according to the customer’s requirements. All photos are securely managed and made accessible through our proprietary system, La-Plus, allowing customers to view and download them anytime with ease
4. Vehicle storage
Our yards are equipped with security cameras and protective fencing to ensure the safe storage and strict management of vehicles until they are ready for export.
5. Vehicle pre-export inspection and quarantine
Certain destination countries require specific inspections and quarantine procedures prior to shipping. At Nippon Trading Company, we coordinate with certified inspection agencies to ensure all checks are carried out in accordance with the regulations of the importing country. Additionally, we offer cleaning and repair services as needed to meet export standards.
Vanning Services
Our vanning experts carefully load vehicles and cargo into containers, maximizing space and ensuring safety using custom bracing, straps, and padding. We specialize in multi-vehicle loading, machinery, and high-value cargo.
